Deep thinking on the cooperation between Huawei and Changan Automobile: Huawei disenchants and rewrites the pattern

On November 23, Changan Automobile’s share price suddenly hit the daily limit. It is rumored that Changan Automobile will invest 300 billion yuan in Huawei BU, which is valued at nearly one trillion yuan. But soon, both sides denied the news.

However, at around 16:30 pm on November 27th, Changan Automobile officially announced that it signed the Memorandum of Investment Cooperation with Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huawei) in Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province on November 25th.

"After consultation between the two parties, Huawei intends to set up a company engaged in R&D, design, production, sales and service of automotive intelligent systems and component solutions. The company intends to invest in the target company and carry out strategic cooperation. Both parties jointly support the target company to become an industry leader in automotive intelligent systems and component solutions based in China and facing the world." Chang’ an Automobile announced.

At the same time, Huawei Auto official website also released the article "Memorandum of Investment Cooperation between Huawei and Changan Automobile", which disclosed in detail the general situation of the cooperation between Huawei and Changan, including that the leaders of both parties attending the signing ceremony were "top-notch", and the speeches of their respective leaders also showed the general ideas of both sides on this cooperation.

"The new company will be committed to becoming a world-class leader in the automotive intelligent driving system and parts industry, and as an open platform serving the automotive industry, it will open its equity to investors such as existing strategic partner car companies and strategic car companies, and become a company with diversified equity." Huawei mentioned the development goals of the new company in its official press release.

Moreover, the speeches of two Huawei executives are worth pondering.

Xu Zhijun, Huawei’s rotating chairman, said: "Huawei insists on not building cars, but gives full play to its ICT technology advantages and marketing capabilities to help car companies build and sell good cars. We will continue to fulfill our commitments to customers and partners and jointly promote the rise of the automobile industry. "

Yu Chengdong, managing director of Huawei and chairman of BU, a smart car solution, said: "We have always believed that China needs to build an electric and intelligent open platform with a’ locomotive’. We deepen cooperation with Changan, and at the same time, we will work together with more strategic partner car companies to continuously explore new models of openness and win-win, and jointly seize the opportunity of electrification and intelligent transformation of the automobile industry to realize the dream of the rise of China’s automobile industry. "

Based on the above public information, we will get the following effective information:

1. Xu Zhijun once again stressed that "Huawei insists on not making cars". This sentence means that Huawei won’t have an independent car brand when the dust settles.

2. "Give full play to its own ICT technology advantages and marketing capabilities to help car companies build and sell good cars." The second half of Xu Zhijun’s sentence left a hole in the current "HarmonyOS Zhixing", that is, the so-called Huawei’s intelligent car selection business, which means that Huawei will still cut into the vehicle sales business, but the definition is "helping enterprises".

3. The business scope of the new company includes intelligent driving solutions for automobiles, intelligent cockpit for automobiles, intelligent digital platform for automobiles, intelligent Che Yun, AR-HUD and intelligent lights, etc. In principle, the components and solutions within the business scope are provided by the new company for vehicle customers, and Huawei does not engage in businesses that compete with Changan Automobile’s business scope in principle. This means the substantial divestiture of BU, and the entire technical assets will be transferred to the new company, but the core of the new company is parts, which further clarifies the basic principle that Huawei does not build complete vehicles.

4. The new company will gradually open its equity to investors such as existing strategic partners, car companies and car companies with strategic value, and become a company with diversified equity. There is a premise behind this sentence that Huawei will give no more than 40% of the shares of the new company to its partners. Changan Automobile is the first company, but it is not the only one. Later, it should include several partners including Cyrus, Chery, BAIC and Jianghuai.

After understanding the cause and effect, let’s think about why Huawei did this, and why did the first partner choose Changan Automobile?

There is no doubt that Huawei’s way of separating the smart car solution BU from Huawei’s big group is a bit like the glory of that year, but the decision-making starting point is completely different. But the basic idea is that this institution, which is almost independent of Huawei’s existing ICT (information, communication and technology) business, needs to be separated from Huawei’s big system, so as to achieve self-growth and hematopoiesis by seeking independent development, rather than relying on Huawei’s big tree.

It is reported that Huawei has invested more than $3 billion in smart car solutions, with a research and development team of 7,000 people, and 70%-80% of the invested funds are invested in the field of intelligent driving. However, according to the financial report released by Huawei, Huawei’s revenue in smart car solution BU in 2022 was about 2.077 billion yuan, accounting for only 0.3% of Huawei’s total revenue.

It can be seen that if Huawei’s smart car solution business only relies on China’s own investment, the presence of the entire BU will still not be too strong. However, if the investment in car BU is terminated at this time, it means that the previous tens of billions of investments and Huawei’s leading edge in the field of smart driving will be wasted.

At this time, the introduction of external investors can solve the problem of continuous investment in the BU business sector for Huawei, and also keep Huawei and China car companies in the leading position in the field of smart cars.

In fact, Huawei has solved another problem through the independence of BU, a smart car solution: China car companies are unwilling to sell their "soul" to "a potential competitor", which is also the reason that hinders the popularization of Huawei smart car solutions in China car companies, not to mention intervening in the supply chain system of joint venture car companies.

For a long time, the argument that Huawei does not build cars has always been controversial.

On the one hand, Huawei executives headed by Xu Zhijun always stressed that "Huawei does not build cars" and even once asked Huawei terminal stores to remove misleading posters such as "Huawei cars". Moreover, in the interview with Ren Zhengfei, the founder of Huawei, it can be seen that Huawei does not want to seize all the profits of an industry, and they are more willing to set aside profits for partners.

On the other hand, Yu Chengdong, the person in charge of BU, has been pushing forward Huawei’s deep involvement in building cars, taking full control of the three models in the world, using Chery resources to build a new car like Zhijie S7, followed by the "Jie" series of BAIC and JAC. The offensive situation of BU, which is led by Yu Chengdong, in the field of complete vehicles has made China’s automobile industry wary of "Huawei’s car landing".

Therefore, although Huawei began to sell car chips and Huawei Harmony OS (HarmonyOS—— OS system not built by Huawei itself) to OEMs including Geely Geometry and GAC Chuanqi, it did not get wider support. Even Geometry and Chuanqi have encountered difficulties in communication. For example, they can’t explain clearly the difference between "Huawei HarmonyOS" and "HarmonyOS OS" to consumers.

Therefore, the independence of BU, Huawei’s smart car solution, can reassure China car companies that Huawei does not build cars, and BU is more of a Tier 1 partner. Huawei will not get involved in the vehicle business, but it can empower smart car products of China car companies. After all, a separate Huawei car BU will have diversified equity, and car companies can participate in Huawei car BU business to gain the right to vote on the development of car BU business to ensure that it will not have business conflicts.

This "shareholding" strategy will enable all car companies that cooperate with Huawei to clarify Huawei’s role and identity, and ensure that its cooperation with Huawei will not be replaced by cooperation with Huawei. After all, after the independent operation of "Car BU", Huawei is more a major shareholder and technical endorsement than a controller.

It is conceivable that with the independence of Huawei BU, the new company will be more active in the sales of smart car solutions, and there will be more modes of cooperation with car companies.

For example, the new company will not be restricted by Huawei, the parent company, but can transplant Huawei’s software and system turnkey solutions to the existing mainstream hardware solutions, including chips and computing platforms provided by overseas suppliers such as Qualcomm, NVIDIA, Continental Electronics and Visteon. This alone can bring a lot of new business to the independent car BU new company.

It can be said that the decision of independent car BU will bring more imagination to the smart car industry in China.

Why did Huawei throw the first olive branch of the new joint venture company to Changan Automobile?

The core reason must be that Huawei has enough confidence in Changan’s investment in Aouita, and can also see Changan’s sincerity. In particular, it is very important that Changan can trust Huawei.

What many people may not know is that when Aouita 11 was first released, although Huawei’s chips and hardware were used, the car machine system was not HarmonyOS OS, but a set of car machines developed by Huawei HarmonyOS system. However, half a year after the delivery, Aouita felt that it should abandon this self-developed car machine system and switch to Huawei’s HarmonyOS OS. The sunk cost, the R&D expenses needed for Huawei, and letting the entrance of the car out-this decision is unimaginable for many China car companies, let alone their own brands.

In August of this year, Changan Automobile made its own "pro-son" Deep Blue Automobile also sign a cooperation framework with Huawei’s smart car solution BU, which is a comprehensive bet on Huawei’s cooperation.

It can be said that Changan Automobile chose to firmly embrace Huawei through the cooperation project of Aouita. For a central enterprise and the second largest domestic passenger car sales brand in China, Changan Automobile has great courage to go against the trend when the "soul theory" is noisy. This time, Huawei was the first to find Changan Automobile after setting up a new company, which was regarded as reciprocated.

And in terms of scale, with Changan Automobile, Huawei can roll out smart car solutions according to the scale of one million vehicles. Now it is a Aouita brand, followed by a mid-to-high-end dark blue brand, and it will become the mainstream Changan brand in a few years. Ford, Mazda and other joint-venture independent vehicles cooperating with Changan may also use Huawei’s smart solutions.

Coupled with the existing channel scale of Changan, Huawei doesn’t even need to invest too much terminal resources, so it is reasonable for Huawei to cooperate with Changan.

Of course, Huawei’s choice of Changan Automobile may also have some external factors.

Not long ago, Dongfeng Motor revealed that Dongfeng is working with China FAW and Changan Automobile to build a vehicle operating system. This is another time for the three major automobile groups in China to "overcome difficulties" and try to jointly solve the operating system problem of "the neck of the automobile industry in China".

However, if we want to develop our own car operating system, it doesn’t mean that car companies can change their own Android system. Basically, the underlying operating system of cars has always been dominated by QNX of Blackberry, while open source Linux is another path, and the middleware AUTOSAR is also included.

At present, because the underlying operating system of vehicles involves functional safety, real-time operation, large-scale verification and other requirements, the enterprises that can participate in it are quite limited. Therefore, when the three major automobile groups in China join hands to build the underlying operating system of their own automobiles, it is inevitable to find a partner in the fields of software and ICT, and Huawei is almost the only choice.

More interestingly, Huawei also released HarmonyOS NEXT in a low-key manner in August. The bottom layer of the new system is self-developed by Huawei, which only supports the applications of HarmonyOS kernel and HarmonyOS system, and is no longer compatible with Android applications. Recently, Huawei also officially announced the HarmonyOS native application development plan, and more heavyweight apps began to rewrite the code based on the brand-new system, including Nail, Yuanshen and bilibili.

After Huawei launched HarmonyOS NEXT, it means that Huawei will completely break away from the existing Android system-the current HarmonyOS is based on the AOSP Android open source project-and form a completely closed, controllable and brand-new system that will not be affected by European and American patents.

From this perspective, if Huawei can build HarmonyOS NEXT, it can help China car companies to have their own controllable vehicle operating system. Therefore, the reason why Huawei chose Changan Automobile is even more important.

Of course, after Huawei and Changan announced the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation and Investment, it was probably Cyrus who was most shocked.

Cyrus published a "Description of the Situation" late at night on November 26th, in which the most important sentence was: "At present, Cyrus has received an invitation to jointly invest in the target company and jointly participate in the construction of an electrified and intelligent open platform, and the company is actively demonstrating the relevant matters of participating in investment and cooperation."

It’s just that this passage didn’t play much role in Cyrus’s share price the next day. At the opening of the market on the morning of November 27th, Cyrus’ share price once fell by more than 7%, and it was not until near noon that Cyrus and Huawei jointly announced that the new M7 order exceeded 100,000 units that Cyrus’ share price gradually recovered its lost ground. However, in recent days, Celis has been more or less influenced by the deep cooperation between Changan and Huawei, and its share price has dropped from the highest 99.97 yuan to the current 76.09 yuan.

What is the relationship between HarmonyOS Zhixing and Huawei’s smart car solution BU? Will these brands, which have been listed and not yet listed, become "past tense"? The focus of attention of these parties, only Huawei has the sole right to interpret.

Yu Chengdong released a special Weibo after the closing of Cyrus, which not only mentioned that the order of M7 in the world exceeded 100,000 units, but also specifically explained the cooperation mode between Huawei and Cyrus.

"HarmonyOS Zhixing is the most comprehensive, close and in-depth mode of cooperation between Huawei and car companies, with the most advanced Huawei smart car innovation technology and the best intelligent experience.

Sailis is the earliest and deepest car enterprise partner in our HarmonyOS Zhixing model. Huawei will continue to work with Sailis to bring more and better products and services to consumers and create one hundred thousand cars after another! "Yu Chengdong wrote.

This passage basically explains the positioning of "HarmonyOS Zhixing" and the difference between Huawei and Changan. According to Yu Chengdong, "HarmonyOS Zhixing" not only has Huawei’s intelligent new technology, but also includes Huawei’s deep participation and all-round cooperation, which includes Huawei’s product design, production quality management, sales channel establishment and so on.

At the same time, the official micro of HarmonyOS Zhixing also "interpreted" himself:

1. HarmonyOS Zhixing is a comprehensive upgrade of Huawei’s smart car selection business, and its full name is HarmonyOS Smart Car Technology Ecological Alliance.

2. The car models of the car world and the car world are members of HarmonyOS Zhixing family.

3. The products of HarmonyOS Zhixing are purchased through Huawei channel, and the after-sales service is the unified user center of HarmonyOS Zhixing.

4. In addition to technology, HarmonyOS Zhixing also has Huawei’s comprehensive empowerment in product, quality, sales, service and marketing.

Therefore, in contrast, although Changan has made investment cooperation with Huawei, the products will not enter the category of "HarmonyOS Zhixing" with a high probability, but the brands of Wenjie, Zhijie and subsequent brands can be sold in Huawei’s dealer system.

In other words, the endorsement of "Huawei" channel is the biggest brand appeal of HarmonyOS Zhixing and the biggest reliance of Cyrus, Jianghuai and BAIC.

From Huawei’s point of view, if the sales volume of HarmonyOS Zhixing can be stabilized at about 300,000 vehicles a year, it will also be a market with a scale of 100 billion, and it will be a new "revenue-generating way" for Huawei dealers to continue this model. After all, considering the increasing volume of the mobile phone market and the low ceiling of Huawei’s mobile phone in the domestic consumer market, it is reasonable to switch to the automotive field. What’s more, Xiaomi, Huawei’s main competitor, is about to enter the field of complete vehicles, so the automobile industry is a battleground for Huawei.

This also reflects Huawei’s cooperation ideas in the automotive field: cooperating with weak recognition brands in HarmonyOS Zhixing to earn both technical fees and channel fees; Cooperate with strong brands for smart car solutions without further involvement.

However, it is very interesting that Chery, although cooperating with Huawei in the intellectual brand, has retained its own star-studded era ES, and even formed an "internal beating" state. To say that Chery has entered HarmonyOS Zhixing and is a weak brand, probably Chery will not be willing; However, if Chery adopts a similar cooperation mode between Huawei and Changan, then why should Zhijie S7 be put in HarmonyOS Zhixing?

Perhaps the subtlety is that when Chery was building a new generation of pure electric platform, it did not expect that it could make a turnaround in 2023.

Another direction of thinking about the cooperation between Changan and Huawei this time is that most people think that the independence of Huawei’s smart car solution BU means that Huawei will continue the "Bosch" that they wanted to be in the automotive industry, but only focus on the "smart car" field, providing solutions such as intelligent cockpit, intelligent driving and intelligent interaction.

In fact, this logic is also reasonable.

Huawei has now cut into more hardware fields, including electric drive, power module, chassis control, laser radar, vehicle-mounted chips, computing chips and so on, and compared with overseas suppliers, Huawei’s turnkey solutions in the software field are more suitable for the China market.

According to Huawei’s strategy of divesting smart car solution BU, BU, as an independent company, can cut into the business of vehicle companies more deeply, without worrying about the attitude of car companies. As an independent parts company, Car BU is almost impossible to build a car, and Huawei headquarters has no chance to build a car without smart car solutions.

In this way, Che BU, a new company, will be able to sell hardware and customized software in strict accordance with the standard practices of Tier 1 enterprises. Especially with the launch of new technologies, cooperative companies don’t have to worry that Huawei will get the first round, but they can get the opportunity to use the latest technologies through cooperation and negotiation to achieve maximum win-win results.

Another view of the driving school is that as Huawei divests the car BU, it will actually bring"Huawei technology disenchants".

The reason is that if only Huawei cars adopt Huawei technology, everyone will think that Huawei cars have unique charm, but they will inevitably be limited to niche areas. However, when all car companies can use Huawei technology, Huawei technology is essentially "disenchanted"-Huawei technology can be given to any model from smart driving to cockpit, and Huawei’s cars are not exclusive.

The advantage for Huawei is that the scale of Huawei’s smart car solutions will go up, and it can be iterated more quickly, constantly using new technologies to "attract" more car companies to use Huawei’s smart car solutions.

In this way, the competitive differentiation of HarmonyOS Zhixing, Chang ‘an and Geely is not who uses Huawei technology first, but whose technology integration is better-this is back to the original competition mode of the automobile industry.

Even Huawei still has "HarmonyOS Zhixing", but to a great extent, "HarmonyOS Zhixing" is similar to a technology integration enterprise. The vehicle manufacturing enterprise belongs to the ODM at the chassis level, and the car BU is a core technology supplier similar to Sony and Qualcomm, which is finally integrated by Huawei and sold in its own channels.

In this way, the competition pattern of the automobile industry is more and more like the mobile phone and computer industries. Perhaps the flagship product has a higher degree of self-research, but the low-end products are completely the products of technology integration-in the past, the fuel vehicle era had to compete for engines and gearboxes, and the electric era could completely rely on external procurement. Differentiation is even just a subtle difference in styling and chassis style, and what consumers value more is only the non-standardized part.

For example, there is no difference in functional experience between Changan’s entry car and Jianghuai’s entry car, which depends entirely on who has better brand awareness and wider channels, rather than the technical differences of the products themselves. This is similar to the current competition among Redmi, Glory and OV.

Undoubtedly, when the overall logic of the smart car industry begins to approach the mobile phone industry, Huawei’s vision of being "Bosch in the smart car industry" can be realized.

The next question is, Huawei has already played its cards, and Changan has also taken over. So how will Geely and its Star Meizu, Great Wall and its Mimo Zhixing, SAIC and Zero Beam software respond?

My guess is: whoever can bind foreign car companies together and let their smart car solutions go overseas first will have the chance to win the next game.

Xiaomi Auto SU7 rear-drive version starts at 369,000 yuan? Official rumor: the font is wrong, there is no metric mark, and the screenshot of official website is directly P.

On January 4 th, a picture of "Xiaomi Auto SU7 officially opened for reservation" was circulated on the Internet. Wang Hua, general manager of Xiaomi Group’s public relations department, denied this: Today’s netizen P picture is more attentive. But it’s still fake!

Today’s netizen P picture is more careful by comparison, but it is still fake! Everyone’s expectations have been received, and the rhythm of the daily map is unnecessary. When it is officially released, everyone can see it at a glance.

I still remind you that those who are willing to buy a car at the end of the year can wait, or they can stay in our WeChat official account first. Before the official release, there may be individuals or organizations to spread this kind of map. I believe that after two explanations, everyone no longer believes it.

A few days ago, Wang Hua made a rumor about the price of Xiaomi car, denying that the pre-sale price for the first time was 99,000-599,000 yuan. "Not only is the font wrong, but there is no metric mark, and the screenshot of official website is directly P-shaped, which is rather sloppy."

IT House noticed that rumors about Xiaomi automobile SU7 can be described as "everywhere", and there was a picture about the industrial chain of Xiaomi automobile circulating on the Internet, and a spokesman of Xiaomi Company said the contents. At least 50% is completely wrong..

A spokesman for Xiaomi Company said,There are many loopholes in the information summary of "industrial chain" pictures.I am deeply puzzled by misleading the public and investors.

Lei Jun, founder of Xiaomi, also forwarded a response on Weibo: "There are many rumors and black manuscripts about Xiaomi Automobile. Please help forward it! "

Personal protection and disinfection details of researcher Huang Jinghe’s selfie and demonstration.

In recent days, an article entitled "The group-bought food has arrived. How to disinfect it is safe? The article "Brush the Screen" in Shanghai’s circle of friends. The author of the article is a researcher at Fudan University’s School of Basic Medicine, a double-employed PI in Shanghai Institute of Major Infectious Diseases and Biosafety, and a double-employed PI Huang Jinghe in Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center.

"At first, I wanted to remind my neighbors of some details about epidemic prevention. I am doing virology research in COVID-19, and I am in the post of prevention and control of major infectious diseases. I have the obligation to provide some suggestions for the prevention and control of the epidemic. It is my duty to do these things. " Huang Jinghe said. During the period of community closure management, she supported her husband who was also engaged in virology research to join the volunteer work in the community, providing services for everyone and helping other volunteers to do a good job of protection.

Huang Jinghe found that some residents neglected the details of protection when buying, receiving materials and sampling nucleic acids, which increased the risk of infection with the virus. "Studies have shown that the place with the most viruses in the ward is the sole of the nurse. The virus stepped on the ground will be taken to other floors. So if you don’t disinfect the soles of your shoes after you come back with vegetables and nucleic acids, you may bring the virus home. Whether the details can be protected is related to preventing the spread of the epidemic. " Huang Jinghe felt the panic and concern of the neighbors in the community about the continuous discovery of positive infected people from WeChat group, so he decided to do a science popularization for everyone.

She consulted relevant literature, focusing on the survival time of Omicron virus on the plastic surface, the effective material components to kill Covid-19, and the most easily overlooked virus transmission channels; In order to make it easier to understand, she took a selfie, interpreted the whole process of protection, picking vegetables and disinfection, and sent it to the WeChat group in the building to remind everyone — — Viruses are easy to remain in communities, supermarkets and food markets, and take-away express packaging is also a "hiding place" for viruses. If you don’t pay attention to disinfection, viruses can easily spread to communities and families, so you need to be vigilant.

Soon, these popular science photos were transferred to the community residents. Thinking that people outside the community may also have such needs, Huang Jinghe shared the photos in his circle of friends and marked "Welcome to forward relatives and friends, no need to indicate the source". The photo received media attention, and teacher Hu Xidan of the Science and Technology Museum contacted her actively, hoping that she could write an anti-epidemic popular science article and push it in WeChat official account. Then, there was the article mentioned at the beginning of this article, which was published in the WeChat official account of Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, and gained 100,000+readings in more than two hours.

"I am busy answering questions from netizens all day today." Huang Jinghe said that many netizens raised confusion through the WeChat backstage: "Can Didi kill Omicron?" "How to mix 84 disinfectant with water?" "Is ultraviolet light useful?" "Can you spray disinfectant directly on the dish?" "There is no alcohol and vegetable disinfectant at home. How can I disinfect fruits and vegetables?" … … For these questions, Huang Jinghe answered them patiently. "These are people’s livelihood issues, but also very important epidemic prevention details. We must learn to use local materials and make good use of the existing resources around us to protect ourselves and our families when materials are scarce. "

"This round of virus is very cunning and easy to hide in some places that we ignore." Huang Jinghe said, "If every family and individual can improve their awareness of prevention and control, pay attention to details and do a good job in their own protection, they can contribute to the anti-epidemic of the whole society."

Attention! WeChat Alipay is bound to the bank card, and quickly deleted these "photos" in the mobile phone!

At present, many people use WeChat and Alipay to bind bank cards and credit cards. Payment, take-out, movies, taxis ….. are all paid by WeChat and Alipay.

However, while providing convenience, mobile phones also imply many security risks. It’s convenient and easy to draw again, and you can’t save these photos in your mobile phone.

The first photo: the photo of the front and back of the ID card

Some mobile phones download software, which requires real-name authentication of ID card. After our authentication is completed, ID card photos are usually saved on the mobile phone, and they are generally not deleted in time.

Users who often use Alipay should know that when we modify the payment password, we can successfully modify the payment password by selecting the photo on the front of the ID card and SMS verification, so there will be theft, so the photo of the ID card must not be saved in the mobile phone.

  Second photo: bank card photo

Since the emergence of mobile payment, we use bank cards less and less frequently, and we are used to binding bank cards with mobile phones for consumption.

When binding a bank card, only the card number and the mobile phone number reserved by the bank can be successfully bound. If the mobile phone is lost, it just happens that there is a photo of the bank card in the mobile phone, which may be stolen by criminals at this time.

The third photo: record the account number and password.

Many people worry that they can’t remember the password, so they will write all this information on a piece of paper and then take photos with their mobile phones. If the mobile phone is accidentally lost, plus photos of the account number and password are recorded, the consequences will be unimaginable.

If your WeChat or Alipay receives [your WeChat or Alipay account has not been authenticated for the second time], don’t click on the link!

The second real-name authentication is fake, and it is true that the liar wants to cheat money!

At present, there is no so-called "second real-name authentication" on WeChat. This is a liar who modifies his avatar and name to pretend to be "official" and then sends a phishing link to the user.

Let users fill in the information such as bank card, password and SMS verification code through the fake second real-name authentication link, and induce users to transfer money from the bank card.

If you receive a short message from a "strange number", you may just ignore it or delete it. But if you or your friend’s name appears in the text message, you will definitely open it out of curiosity, and it is such a "point" that your bank card may no longer "belong" to you!

  Don’t believe this information either.

I believe many people have received all kinds of scam messages, the most common of which are as follows:

  1. This is a photo of the last party. It’s a precious photo. Please have a quick look.

  2. Please check your child’s recent comprehensive evaluation results at school and give guidance. I wish you a happy life (attached link).

  3. This is your traffic violation record in a certain place on a certain day. Please check it.

It’s unforgivable that you should do such a thing!

5, someone quietly followed you, click to understand!

If you click on the link in these messages, you will get a malicious Trojan horse program, which may steal the payment password of online banking, QQ, WeChat, Alipay and other software on your mobile phone and steal the user’s property.

How to protect the security of mobile phone accounts

The first move: open the application lock.

Many mobile phone security centers or settings have the function of encrypting applications. After adding application locks to WeChat, Alipay and online banking apps, they must be unlocked every time they are opened.

The second measure: change the password regularly.

Important accounts such as WeChat and Alipay have their passwords set separately and changed regularly, which can effectively prevent their own accounts from being stolen.

The third measure: online chat does not reveal important information.

The network world is complex, so we should be careful when chatting online. Never reveal your important information during online chat, including bank card number, mobile phone password, home address and other information.

In case "people with a heart" use this information as a "key" to steal your property.

The fourth measure: freeze the account.

Wechat, Alipay and online banking App all have the function of freezing or reporting the loss of accounts. After the mobile phone is lost, you can log in to your account with a friend’s mobile phone to set it up. During the loss reporting period, the thief can’t steal the account funds.

The fifth measure: please download unofficial software carefully.

Don’t click on the unofficial download link at will. It is suggested to install the official version of anti-virus software on your mobile phone, which can not only intercept all kinds of fraudulent short messages, identify the information sent by pseudo base stations, but also warn you when you find virus software, which can avoid property losses to a certain extent.

Note: intentionally entering the wrong password is of little effect.

After the mobile phone was stolen, I used my friend’s mobile phone to log in to my account and deliberately entered the wrong password many times until the account was frozen. After Alipay was frozen, it took 3 hours to try again. But by retrieving the password, it can be thawed immediately, so this method has little effect.

How much can people save by opening "group buying" medical consumables in many places?

Beijing, Nov. 12 (Reporter Zhang Ni) Recently, the opening of high-value medical consumables in China has aroused great concern. The price reduction of coronary stents exceeded 90%, which made many patients applaud. At the same time, at present, all localities are also actively forming purchasing alliances to "hold the group to bargain". After the normalization of the government’s "soul bargaining", how much money can ordinary people save in the future?

Data map: The doctor performed surgery for the patient (the picture has nothing to do with it). Photo courtesy of Xinhua Hospital

Open the "group purchase" mode of high-value medical consumables in many places

The average price dropped from 13,000 yuan to 700 yuan. Recently, the first batch of coronary stents purchased by the state in a centralized way offered a "floor price". Compared with 2019, the average price reduction of the same product of the same enterprise reached 93%.

The curtain of high-value medical consumables "National Mining" has aroused widespread concern, and what is coming is finally here!

According to the introduction of the National Medical Insurance Bureau, 2,408 medical institutions participated in this collection, and the intended purchase volume in the first year reached 1.07 million. It is expected that patients all over the country will use the selected products after the national centralized purchase price reduction in January 2021.

In fact, in addition to the sharp price reduction of heart stents, the local level has begun to actively "group purchase" for high-value consumables, and the prices of some high-value medical consumables have dropped by more than 50% on average. It just confirms the previous voice in the industry — — High-value consumables "4+7" will only be late, but will not be absent.

For example, in Jiangsu, a provincial sunshine procurement alliance consisting of 157 tertiary public medical institutions in the province has been established before, and three rounds of group alliance centralized procurement have been carried out successively.

The above procurement involves six categories of cardiac stents, coronary balloons, primary replacement artificial knee joints and thousands of specifications, with an average decrease of more than 50% and the highest decrease of 86.4%.

Hainan also played a combination boxing to promote the centralized procurement of medical consumables. In addition to participating in the centralized procurement of coronary stents organized by the state, the province also organized the procurement of consumables such as intraocular lenses, coronary balloons and COVID-19 test reagents.

Taking intraocular lens as an example, at the end of last year, Hainan Province participated in the inter-regional joint procurement of intraocular lens in provincial alliance public medical institutions. Compared with the original procurement price, the selected price dropped by 85%, with an average drop of 44%.

In addition, earlier, the medical security bureaus in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei also signed the Framework Agreement on Centralized Procurement of Medical Consumables in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, aiming at comprehensively promoting the centralized procurement of medical consumables in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.

It can be seen that active group procurement in various places will become a normal operation.

Calculate the account! How much can "group buying" save the people?

The high prices of drugs and medical consumables have always been one of the crux of the expensive medical treatment for ordinary people. From drugs to consumables, the core goal of quantity procurement is to squeeze out the price "moisture" and let patients use drugs and medical consumables at a lower price.

Then, how much money has been saved by the "quantity for price" national centralized purchasing? Numbers are the most intuitive.

For example, from this month, the third batch of countries organized centralized drug procurement.

According to Zhong Dongbo, director of the Department of Pharmaceutical Price and Bidding and Purchasing of the National Medical Insurance Bureau, according to static calculation, the centralized collection of three batches of drugs can save about 53.9 billion yuan nationwide. According to the 40% paid by ordinary people, it will probably save 21.6 billion yuan. At the same time, medical insurance saves money, and by expanding the medical insurance reimbursement drug list and improving the reimbursement level, the people can get more benefits.

Previously, in addition to drugs, the voices of all parties for high-value medical consumables to return to reasonable prices have also been strong.

Taking the coronary stents collected this time as an example, the data show that the interventional therapy of coronary heart disease in China has developed rapidly. From 2009 to 2019, the number of cases has grown from 230,000 to more than 1 million, with an annual growth rate of 10%-20%. At present, the price of coronary stents used in medical institutions ranges from thousands to tens of thousands of yuan, which makes patients bear a heavy burden.

In this centralized purchase, the intentional purchase volume in the first year reached 1.07 million. According to the intended purchase volume, it is estimated to save 10.9 billion yuan.

From the local level, the "alliance bargaining" between regions has also seen tangible results.

For example, Hainan’s participation in the cross-regional joint procurement of intraocular lenses is expected to save Hainan Province 25 million yuan in medical insurance funds.

The centralized procurement of group alliances in Jiangsu is expected to save about 1.5 billion yuan.

Say goodbye to "supporting doctors with consumption", can doctors’ sunshine income increase?

Data show that the market size of medical consumables in China is 320 billion yuan, including 150 billion yuan of high-value medical consumables. Behind the huge market scale, it is that "medical care by consumption" exists in public medical institutions all the year round.

This centralized procurement is an important step in the reform of high-value consumables. It is generally believed in the industry that the management of high-value consumables will be all-round in the future.

In fact, as early as July 2019, the General Office of the State Council issued the "Reform Plan for Managing High-value Medical Consumables".

The document emphasizes "rationalizing the price system of high-value medical consumables, improving the whole process supervision and management of high-value medical consumables, purifying the market environment of high-value medical consumables and the practice environment of medical services, and supporting domestic high-value medical consumables with independent intellectual property rights to enhance their core competitiveness", which means that the state should conduct all-round governance in terms of price, supervision, market and service.

In addition, it is worth mentioning that the above plan has clearly put forward the idea of "canceling the addition of medical consumables in public medical institutions" and realizing the "zero difference rate" sales of medical consumables in all public medical institutions by the end of 2019.

On September 1st of the same year, the Measures for the Administration of Medical Consumables in Medical Institutions (Trial) jointly issued by National Health Commission and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine was officially implemented.

In terms of procurement, the Measures particularly emphasize that the procurement of medical consumables should be managed in a unified way, and medical institutions above the second level should designate specific departments as the management departments of medical consumables, and other departments or departments should not engage in procurement activities.

High-value consumables will be purchased in quantity, and DRG (grouped according to disease diagnosis) will be paid for, so the profit of supply chain will be thinner and thinner, and the gray interest chain between enterprises and medical institutions will also be cut off.

However, the collection and landing will inevitably move some people’s "cheese." How to mobilize the enthusiasm of medical staff to participate in the reform of high-value medical consumables is very important.

In fact, the solution to this problem is involved in the "Reform Plan for Managing High-value Medical Consumables".

The document proposes to speed up the establishment of a salary system that conforms to the characteristics of the industry. Implement the requirements of "allowing medical and health institutions to break through the current wage control level of public institutions, allowing medical service income to deduct costs and withdraw funds according to regulations to be mainly used for personnel rewards" and improve the salary distribution policy.

In the "Measures for the Administration of Medical Consumables in Medical Institutions (Trial)", it is also clear that the purchase and use of medical consumables should not be used as the basis for the economic distribution of departments and personnel, and improper economic benefits should not be sought in the purchase and use of medical consumables.

In the opinion of experts in the industry, a series of reforms will also promote the transformation of hospital development model, change the current extensive mode of supporting medicine with medicine and supporting medicine with consumption, thus improving the hospital’s refined management ability and changing the hospital’s economic power and operation mode.

In addition, there are also voices that in the next medical system reform, we should not only straighten out the price system of high-value medical consumables or drugs, but also straighten out the value of intermediate services in the medical system. While reducing the price of consumables or drugs, we should reflect the value of knowledge and the labor value of medical staff more.

New Energy Vehicles: What’s the difference between changing electricity and charging?

The limit test of electric muck car’s power changing mode-charging and power changing energy demonstration station.

A few days ago, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Notice on Launching the Pilot Work of the New Energy Vehicle Switching Mode Application" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"). There are 11 cities included in the pilot scope, including 8 comprehensive application cities, and Nanjing is one of the pilot cities. What are the advantages of changing electricity compared with charging? The reporter visited different types of power exchange stations that have landed in Nanjing.

Yangzi Evening News/Zi Niu News reporter Liu Liyuan

With the increasing number of electric vehicle users, slow charging and queuing for charging greatly affect the user experience. During the National Day this year, new energy vehicles in high-speed service areas once rushed to the hot search. As the name implies, changing electricity is to replace the battery. Compared with the current charging efficiency of electric vehicles, changing electricity is more time-saving.

In the aspect of replacing electricity for passenger cars, Weilai, a brand of new energy vehicles, started early. Weilai staff told reporters that Weilai has built a station in Nanjing since 2018. Up to now, a total of 17 power stations have been laid in Nanjing. In Nanjing Xianlin Life Science and Technology Park, the Weilai Second Generation Power Station, which was recently launched, only needs four standard parking spaces, but it is quite efficient and convenient to operate, and it can be replaced in a few minutes. The staff said that on average, there are about 50 orders for changing power stations every day, and there are 100 orders when there are many.

This year, State Grid Nanjing Power Supply Company and the municipal government also started the relevant exploration of replacing electricity with special vehicles. In the demonstration station of charging and replacing electric energy, which is located in Lishui, it takes only 5 minutes for an electric muck truck with insufficient battery to drive to the charging and replacing power station and replace it with a fully charged battery. In this demonstration station, the single power exchange time can be controlled within 5-7 minutes, which can provide power exchange service for 50 muck trucks. In addition, the demonstration station also bears another responsibility: compare the advantages and disadvantages of electric vehicles and traditional fuel vehicles in terms of actual cruising range, adaptability to complex road conditions, charging and replacing efficiency, user operating costs, driving experience, etc., so as to optimize and transform electric muck trucks according to the data and promote the popularization and application of electric muck trucks.

Last year, the largest intelligent charging building for electric vehicles in China — — The electric vehicle geek space Jiangbei New District Station in Nanjing has been put into operation. The reporter learned that the station has planned a power exchange service in addition to non-inductive charging, which can exchange power for various electric vehicles such as civilian cars and network cars in the future. At present, various types of power exchange stations have not fully realized the cross-exchange of power between different brands of vehicles and different models of batteries. In view of this phenomenon, Oscar Chan, a fifth-level employee of State Grid Nanjing Power Supply Company, told reporters that establishing and improving the technical standard system for power exchange, breaking the barriers between different brands of power exchange agreements and creating a good industrial ecology for power exchange mode are important components of the pilot work of the application of power exchange mode for new energy vehicles.

FPX team members celebrate the victory of the game.

Lin Weixiang is in the competition.

Gao Tianliang is in the game.

  FPX team emblem

Logo of 2019 League of Legends Global Finals

"Mr. Key" was once a "loser"

At 1: 00 pm, this is the time when the FPX team gathers to "punch in" every day.

Even without training and competition, Tian, 19, rarely leaves the team base. This is very different from his role in League of Legends games — — In the game, Gao Tianliang’s role is "playing wild", which requires him to swim in the "wild area" of the map, accumulate experience and capital for the team and meet the "war" that may happen at any time.

This villa in Zhangjiang High-tech Zone, Pudong, Shanghai is the "base camp" of Gao Tianliang and his teammates. The first floor of the villa is the training room and dining room, and the dormitory of the team members is upstairs. In addition to the computer, Gao Tianliang’s desk also has dolls and a pot of green radish sent by fans. He spends more than ten hours here every day during training on weekdays.

In the past year, Gao Tianliang reached the peak of his e-sports career — — In the 2019 League of Legends Global Finals, the FPX team, which has only been in the team for two years, passed all the way and won the championship trophy. Gao Tianliang was named the Most Valuable Player in the Finals (FMVP) for his outstanding performance. At the time of awarding the prize, he wanted to lift the trophy, but underestimated the weight of the trophy, and only with the help of his teammates did he get it.

"I feel that life has become troublesome and there are some strange things." Talking about the changes after winning the championship, Gao Tianliang said. After becoming a champion and FMVP, he shot several advertisements and was named "model of the year" by fashion magazines … … But in Gao Tianliang’s view, these are not recognized as "trouble" when walking on the road.

Just a year and a half ago, Gao Tianliang was just an unknown "basement player". Unable to enter the main lineup of his previous team, he had to bury his head in training in the basement.

"at that time, I felt that my ability was no problem, but there was no chance. But I believe there must be an opportunity. " Gao Tianliang said.

The opportunity came in 2019. During the season transfer, Mason Lee, the head of FPX team, called Gao Tianliang. After observing at the base for 3 days, Mason Lee decided to sign the frustrated young man.

"I felt a strong desire to win from his heart. He is very demanding of himself, with good character and good personality. " Mason Lee said.

Chen Ruzhi (War Horse), head coach of FPX team, was also impressed by Gao Tianliang. "At that time, we inspected three or four players, but Xiaotian’s will was the strongest. He wanted to prove himself."

After entering the FPX team, Gao Tianliang quickly became a new star on the field. In the global finals, he became the key gentleman of the team and helped the team out of the corner many times. "In the past, everyone said that I played like other players, but I felt that I was me, different from others, and I was Tian!" After winning the championship, Gao Tianliang said.

"He is very aggressive, and he has a good understanding of game skills, and he is even pushing the progress of his predecessors." Mason Lee said.

Don’t enter the business easily without talent.

"If I hadn’t played e-sports, I might be in Tsinghua now." Earlier, in an interview, Gao Tianliang’s amazing words won him the title of "Tsinghua playing wild". In fact, this is just a joke of Gao Tianliang, and he himself is not a rumored "schoolmaster".

If he hadn’t played e-sports, Gao Tianliang might have become a Chinese medicine practitioner. He comes from a family of Chinese medicine practitioners, from his great grandfather to his father. Therefore, when he decided to embark on the road of e-sports at the age of 15, he was unanimously opposed by his family.

"There are indeed achievements now, but it cannot be said that the decision at that time was correct." Gao Tianliang said, "It is better to study normally, but e-sports is more attractive to me."

Crisp Qingsong, two years older than Gao Tianliang, had a similar experience. At the age of 16, he joined a professional club and grew up step by step from the second team until he reached the podium of the world champion.

"I don’t think reading is an ideal way for me. At that time, I met some powerful professional players playing games. The gap between me and them was not very big, so I strengthened my confidence in engaging in e-sports. " Liu Qingsong said that, like many teammates, parents felt very unreliable when they heard that they were going to "play games". However, seeing that e-sports players have higher income guarantees, they will no longer stop.

E-sports is not an easy job. Today, Gao Tianliang and Liu Qingsong train from 1 pm to 2 am every day. Except for a short meal and rest time, almost everyone has to sit in front of the computer to compete and resume. Some players will continue to practice or broadcast live until three o’clock or even four or five o’clock. Liu Qingsong said that after a season, his shoulders and cervical vertebrae felt sore.

How to judge whether you are suitable for the e-sports industry? "Talent" is the most frequently mentioned word by e-sports players.

"E-sports is a very youthful profession. If you don’t have talent, you really can’t play." Gao Tianliang said, "Everyone plays the same game for almost the same time, but some people make rapid progress, and some people will always be stuck in the same place."

Liu Qingsong believes that e-sports competition is about the brain. "In the game, we should constantly think. Thinking about what you should do, what the team should do, and what the opponent will do must be very clear. "

In Chen Ruzhi’s view, it is not enough for an excellent e-sports player to be competitive. "Many people’s competitiveness affects their judgment in the game and their relationship with teammates. As a team game, e-sports also needs communication and even personal sacrifice. "

  Strict management can produce results.

At 5 o’clock in the afternoon, Gao Tianliang "rushed" into the kitchen with slippers and dolls. It’s almost time for dinner, and the players are already sitting around the table, joking with each other.

For the team’s diet, the regulations of FPX team are quite strict. Lunch and dinner should be accompanied by meat and vegetables, and finished or semi-finished products should not be purchased to minimize the intake of food additives by team members; Fresh-cut fruit should be provided to the team members before 3 pm every day; If a team member doesn’t eat much lunch, the staff should also consider whether to prepare some snacks such as nuts or bread … …

Mason Lee has nearly 10 years of experience in the e-sports industry. In his view, militarized and semi-militarized management is more suitable for the management of China E-sports Club. In the management regulations of FPX team, lateness, smoking and other behaviors will be punished, and strikes and salary discussions are "high-voltage lines" that are strictly forbidden to touch.

However, Mason Lee’s strict management has also been challenged by players. In 2018, the team required the team members to reach the top 50 in the world in the training ranking, which met with the "resistance" of the team members and the team’s performance was not very good.

"Last year, we became a way to guide and motivate, but everyone reached the ranking goal." Mason Lee said that the storm also gave himself a wake-up.

"If I choose the club, the management will account for 70% and the players will only account for 30%." Tae-sang Kim, a member of FPX Club, believes that the management of the club is very important. "League of Legends has many newcomers every year, and many players suddenly disappear after playing for a season. The key to staying is the good management of the club."

"FPX can win the championship because of team efforts and scientific training methods." Mason Lee said that when attending the finals in Paris, the club sent a team of 20 people, including not only data analysts who focused on the competition, but also professionals such as psychological counseling, sports rehabilitation and nutritious diet to ensure the physical and mental health of the players.

Despite all the preparations, FPX’s debut in the finals met with waterloo. Team member Lin Weixiang (Lwx) was criticized on the Internet for his poor performance.

"Last season, one of the tasks given to me by the company was to enter the top 10 of a hot search in Weibo. Unexpectedly, Lin Yuxiang suddenly rushed to the second hot search. " Mason Lee said that in order to protect the team members, the team quickly produced a talk show to let netizens know more about this young player and help him share some "firepower".

Often being "sprayed" and learning to get along with negative remarks is a compulsory course for these young people to grow up.

"When I first started playing a career, I was still influenced by some remarks. Now it is relatively calm. Of course, I will still be happy to see my remarks. " Lin Yuxiang said.

"E-sports players are very young and it is too easy to go wrong. The audience is very demanding of the players, and once they don’t perform well, they will scold them badly. Some experienced clubs can help players calm down, but some clubs may be dissolved directly because of pressure. " Tae-sang Kim said.

In Mason Lee’s view, after psychological tests, "e-sports teenagers" have stronger hearts than their peers. "In those years of ups and downs, they encountered great malice. In fact, they have long been prepared, and their psychological maturity and strength far exceed our imagination. "

"As young people, they may have all kinds of minor problems in psychology and life. But on the whole, they are all ‘ Good baby ’ 。” Mason Lee said that after winning the prize in the World Championships, the contestants didn’t spend money indiscriminately, and many people even bought their parents real estate.

Career development is a compulsory course.

"This is the first plane today, thank you, boss!" Speaking fluent Mandarin, 23-year-old Tae-sang Kim started the live broadcast in the evening. Last year, after busy training and competition, Tae-sang Kim even broadcast live for more than five hours every day, and his eccentric personality won him many fans.

After five years in China, Tae-sang Kim learned Chinese and became China’s son-in-law, and the fans of e-sports in China have long regarded this Korean player as "one of their own". Indeed, since the beginning of this season, Tae-sang Kim has become a "local player" officially certified by LPL (League of Legends Chinese mainland Division).

"I’m used to living in China, but it’s strange to go back to Korea on holiday. Every Spring Festival, I will take my family to China for the New Year. " Tae-sang Kim said.

In his second year in China, Tae-sang Kim made up his mind to learn Chinese well. "At that time, many excellent Korean players joined the China team, but some people came just to make money and didn’t communicate with their teammates. After the training match, they disappeared from work. I wanted to win the game and communicate with my girlfriend at that time, so I forced myself to study hard. "

Today, Tae-sang Kim is not only the core of the team, but also the conductor within the team. In the competition, he always communicates with his teammates the most. Chen Ruzhi also said that last year, there were the most discussions and quarrels with Tae-sang Kim, which highlighted his leading position in the team.

"After my career, I will still stay in China. I also want to get China ‘ Green card ’ I have been preparing for this for almost three years. " Tae-sang Kim said.

Although only 23 years old, Tae-sang Kim once considered retiring for physical reasons. The career of e-sports players is not long, and the development and career choice after retirement is a problem that everyone has to face.

"There is no special consideration yet. I feel that I can still play, at least for another four or five years." Gao Tianliang said.

"I don’t know what my future will be like. But I hope that after retirement, I will either live better or maintain a relatively stable state. " Liu Qingsong said that even after retiring, income is still a factor he values.

Mason Lee said that FPX Club currently has communication and cooperation with some educational institutions and universities, and also has relevant layout in the game industry. After the future players retire, the club will have resources to help them whether they want to be anchors, commentators or coaches.

In 2018, as the head coach of China Taipei Team, Ru Chen led the team to participate in the e-sports competition of the Asian Games in Jakarta. In his view, e-sports is similar to traditional sports. As players grow older and their competitive level declines, they will encounter problems of retirement and career choice.

"One problem of e-sports players is that they are too young to enter the industry, and some people may stop going to school from the age of 15. In the e-sports industry, there are fewer exchanges with the real world, which is a problem in the future. " Ru Chen Zhi said, "But at present, the e-sports industry has a great influence on the Internet. Many players are used to living on the Internet and have accumulated a large number of fans, which may become a resource for their career change."

During the break, the staff handed a stack of postcards to Gao Tianliang. After signing the words, these postcards will be given to the fans of the team.

In the team base, Tae-sang Kim wore a sweater designed for him by his wife, with his name written on it. Throughout 2019, Tae-sang Kim only stayed with his wife for twenty or thirty days. He said that he felt very uncomfortable, but he still wanted to win a world championship.

"Looking forward to 10 years, at that time, only a few people in the e-sports industry really did well, and others were forced to participate." Mason Lee said, "Now e-sports has been proved to be a better career path. In the future, more and better young people will participate and have a better chance of success."

"I often tell my friends that young people should try more in industries such as e-sports and short videos. The cost of failure is low. Once successful, you can stand directly on the tuyere. " Ru Chen said.
